One-pan baked oatmeal has been viral on tiktok recently. (You can see the details here!) It took me just 10 minutes to find it four times! (you canYou can find my version here

But here’s the deal. If I make a full pan of Baked oatmeal, it’s likely that I’ll be the only one eating it, and I can absolutely eat the whole pan. I love baked oatmeal!

I decided to change the recipe to make only one serving. I used applesauce and cinnamon-covered cooked apple instead of mashed bananas. I was divine!

These are the ingredients I used for apple baked oatmeal

  • Applesauce– to help it bake, without sacrificing taste or high calorie fats.
  • Dry oats– I usually have instant or rolled oats on hand, and both of them work.
  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk– seriously, at 30 calories per cup, this stuff is a dieter’s dream!
  • One apple– Diced and cooked with cinnamon
  • Optional: Sugar free vanilla creamer! This was delicious! But, if you are on weight watchers, it’s the only thing that added a point when I put it in the recipe creator.

I simply added all the ingredients to the ramekin and baked the result in the oven. It was easy and there was no mess.

Optional

  • 1 Use the following as a guide: sugar free vanilla creamer
  • Chop apple and sprinkle cinnamon. Microwave 1 tablespoon water and bake for 2 minutes, stirring every one.

  • Bake in a ramekin or oven-safe dish, spray with cooking spray and add applesauce.

  • Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes or until set.
