Here is a list of the groceries I have available at all times in order to adhere to my low-calorie, high protein weight loss plan.
For the last two years, I’ve been buying the same foods over and over. These groceries have been my staples, my go-to grocery list items, and almost all the recipes on this blog contain some combination of the following foods.
A grocery list is something that you make. My favorite foods may not be yours. Some people might become bored with the same foods every day. These groceries will allow me to make a million different dishes.
There’s a lot more variety than meets the eye!
I eat a variety of these meals every day. They have been crucial in my weight loss journey (and bikini prep).
My Daily Meals
- BreakfastEggs, oatmeal, and fruit
- LunchSalad with chicken, grain, or sweet potato
- Snack/Dessert: A protein bar or shake.
- Dinner: Protein (ground turkey and chicken) with rice, vegetables
