This lunch wrap uses a low-carb tortilla, light cream cheese and light string cheese.

It’s a great option for weight loss because its low in calories, high in protein, very filling, and tastes great! You won’t feel like you are on a diet when you eat this wrap!

I also decided to heat the wrap in an oven fryer to make it crispy and warm the cheese!

You can also bake it in the oven to get the same results.

  • 1 Medium Low carb tortilla (La Banderita)
  • 1 wedge Light laughing cow cheese
  • 1 1 ounce light string cheese
  • 4 Leaves baby spinach leaves
  • 2 In ounces Lunch meats from deli
  • Spread laughing cow cheese on a low-carb/low-cal tortilla. String cheese can be cut into pieces and added to the tortilla.

  • Layer with spinach leaves and lunch meat.

  • Wrap bottom and top in a circular motion and then roll.

  • For 5-8 minutes, place in an air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This will allow the cheese to melt and get crispy on the outside.
