Today, my weight was the exact same as yesterday. It doesn’t mean what I’m doing isn’t working! Daily weigh-ins have actually made me less emotionally attached to the scale than I was before. I see the data as information, and I am able to process more data points, both good and bad. I accept that fluctuations are normal. I try to keep the drama away from what the scale looks like. “means” each day.
