You know it’s summer when the Chick Fil-A peach shakesSmoothies are now available! Although you can (and should) make peach protein shakes all year long, there’s something about the freshness of summer that make me crave them.
According to Chickfil-a’s press release the classic peach milkshake was made by combining Chickfil-A Ice dream and Chickfil-A Ice.® Dessert with peaches It is then topped off with whipped cream and a cherry*.
However, get yourself the original, and you’ll be drinking a whopping 590 calories, 11 g protein, 99 g carbs, and 18 grams of fat.
This homemade copycat recipe with Clean Simple Eats protein protein powder has 350 calories, 28g protein, 34.5g carbs, and 12g fat.
While the chickfil-a shake may look tempting, this is just as good! Plus, it’s what I call, dessert with benefits!

Do you need to use Clean Simple Eats protein powder?
This recipe was created in collaboration with Simple, clean mealsAs an option for their seasonal fruit protein powder. This is not my original recipe. They are the ones who deserve all the credit. (here’s my top 12 favorite protein shakes from CSE)
You can also use vanilla protein powder. The frozen peaches should be enough to give you enough flavor. The peach protein powder is a favorite!!
If people ask me what my favorite protein powder is, I usually answer with vanilla. They can get a cheap one like Optimum Nutrition. Clean Simple Eats is the best for all the fun and delicious flavors! (Here’s my affiliate link for 10% offcode AMYROSKELLEY)
