This drink is made with raw organic apple cider vinegar, which I highly recommend to replace inorganic ACV. Organic apple cider has more potential for effectiveness than inorganic vinegar.

I am not making a boring drink, but this drink can cleanse the colon and keep the gut clean through regular use. I have added some cinnamon to the apple cider vinegar with simple ingredients like honey and lemon.

Apple cider vinegar: I use organic, raw apple cider vinegar that has the mother acv. This vinegar is very affordable.

Cinnamon: Here, cinnamon is added in powdered form. You can crush some cinnamon and add it to the drink if you don’t have any powder.

Step by step process

Add apple cider vinegar concentrate to a glass or jar.

Add one tablespoon of concentrated lemon extract to the glass.

Take a glass water.

Add one teaspoon of honey to your drink.

As needed, add cinnamon powdered. It can leave a strong odor so be careful. If it is not required or you don’t find it to be tasty, you can skip it.

Mix all ingredients together.

It can be difficult for people to drink it every day due to its acidic nature. You can reduce or stop drinking it, but you can also consider eating a healthy diet.


I recommend making it fresh. If possible, store it in a container that can keep it for no more than two days. Give preference to storing another one.

It is better to drink it fresh than to store it. It is almost an acid, and can cause changes in taste and nature.

I am using cold water. I recommend that you use normal cold water. However ACV can be added to warm water.

If you find it difficult to combine all the ingredients, or if you are unable to make them at the right time, just use apple cider or honey instead.

You can also add grated ginger to the drink, which is another way to enhance the drink.

Another way to make the drink more detox-friendly is to add turmeric and ACV.
