Blend the almond mixture and water for a while until you have a fine milk texture. Strain the milk and throw away the pulp. This is a quick and easy way to make almond butter at home.

You can store the milk in an airtight container up to 4 days. Then, you can use it for different purposes.

Note: Blending almond milk with almond peels gives you more creamy and white almond milk.


Store-bought Milk

You can easily find store-bought milk in supermarkets. There are many varieties of this milk, from pure to mixed. Do not use sweetened milk as this can increase calories.

Almond milk vs cow’s milk

  • 1 cup baby spinach (can also use chopped Kale)
  • pineapple chunks, 1 cup
  • 1.5 tablespoons chia seed
  • medium-size 1 banana, cut into slices
  • Water (optional for thin consistency).


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Blend until the smoothie is smooth. Serve the smoothie.

3. Banana and Berry Smoothie


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or plant protein powder
  • Water (optional to achieve a thin consistency)

  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 medium-sized banana

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ avocado
