Full disclosure: When I lost my first weight a few year ago, it was during the first six month of the pandemic. There were no social events to stop me!

I’m not going to lie. I’m a social eater, and not having any family parties or neighborhood get togethers was incredibly helpful in sticking to my weight loss plan.

Things are different today. I don’t have to feel guilty about going to a party, enjoying high-calorie desserts and not feeling guilty. It’s the cravings after indulging that get me into trouble. I can only eat one cookie at a party. Then, I want to make a whole batch of cookies and bury my face in them.

So, while I can enjoy a treat here or there, sometimes, I’d rather just bring something light that I can enjoy, and won’t have me mindlessly grazing into 10,000 calories by the end of the night.

In this list I’ve tried to focus on highlighting desserts that are not just low calorie but also easy to make in large quantities and portion out into single servings. This will make it easier to share them at a party! This will allow you to bring desserts and not have them take home. F

Cheesecake is a quality that I consider a quality. Impress other party guests with your delicious cheesecake. these mini cheesecakes.Each one contains just 121 calories, and 5g of protein.

Ooooooey gooey chocolate brownies are a simple party food that can be eaten quickly. The brownies will shock everyone, and then they will be shocked when you tell them that each one contains only 46 calories.

Sometimes a heavy, rich dessert can be nice. Other times, you may need something lighter. These angel food cupcakes are lighter in consistency and calorie count with only 60 calories per cup!

You may need to bring different desserts depending on the atmosphere and crowd at your party. Although homemade bread is best for casual settings, it is a great way of adding warmth and homeiness to any party. A 1 inch thick slice of bread will provide 134 calories and 3g of protein.

This recipe uses applesauce as a natural sweetener. Isn’t that cool? Now don’t worry, it also has a bit of real sugar in it. Even with the real sugar it’s just 101 calories and 1 gram of protein for each lemon square!

Homemade peanut butter cups! Tell me that doesn’t sound amazing! These are a smaller treat, so make sure to bring lots of them, as they will go quickly. It’s 16-18 calories per cup and each contains 1 gram of protein.

I know it’s hard to believe, but you can have one of these cupcakes for less than 90 calories! Each cupcake contains 2.7g of protein

This recipe uses peanut butter flavor in protein powder to make these low-calorie cookies. Each cookie contains 85 calories and 4g of protein.

Donuts are a favorite of many. Donuts are often fried and very high in sugar. Instead of buying a traditional donut box, make these homemade ones! A lightly glazed donut has 114 calories, and is sure to put a smile on someone’s face.

It is 95 calories per cinnamon roll. They aren’t quite the size of a Cinnabon roll, but are probably about the size of an average apple. They will be loved by others for being homemade and also because they are low in calories!

This dessert uses jello so it takes a little more time to prepare. That being said, don’t wait until last minute to start making it! It is a delicious dessert that can be made in a short time if you have the time. This jello has 60 calories and 2 grams of protein per square.

This bread is similar in taste to banana oat bread but with a greater emphasis on chocolate! This bread has 5 grams protein and 127 calories per slice.

Cookies are a common party food, because it’s easy to whip up a batch of dough, throw it in the oven, and bring a tray of freshly baked goods. Your friends will love you for bringing chocolate chips cookies, and they’ll love you even more when you tell them that each cookie contains only 96 calories and 2g of protein.

Many dips can be brought to parties. This healthier chocolate hummus is a great option! To dip it in, you could bring fresh fruit, crackers, and pretzels. It’s definitely a party food that is unique and will catch the attention of the other guests. 2 large tablespoons are only 96 calories.

This Oreo fluff can be served cold with fruit/crackers or whipped cream as a dessert dip. This is an especially good recipe if you don’t have much time or don’t want to shop for a lot of ingredients. And once it’s all made, you can enjoy 1/2 a cup of fluff, and it’ll only have 150 calories!
