We made homemade pizza using Caesar salad and Parmesan cheese baskets in a recent class at the Park City Culinary Institute.
These cheese bowls have only 105 calories and are so delicious!
I actually have made these several times before, so it wasn’t new to me. These are my new favorite recipe! These are similar in taste to my 1 Minute Parmesan Crisps here.
These 2 Step Parmesan Bowls are easy to make

- Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese on the bottom of a small nonstick skillet. (Not the powdered variety)
- After cheese has melted and begun to bubble and brown slightly, place it on a small upside-down bowl to form. Let it cool completely.
- After cooling, turn the cheese bowl upside down and serve a salad.
